Albums

The discography of American rock group Toto includes 13 studio albums, four live albums, and numerous compilations. In addition to the release of original music, Toto has also done work with other artists and on soundtracks for films. The band has received multiple Grammy Awards.

Before Toto was formed The members of the band did sessions for other musicians. David Paich, the son of drummer Marty Paich, and Jeff Porcaro (the brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro and drummer Jeff Porcaro) all performed on Boz Scaggsalbum in 1975 Silk Degrees. The group's collaboration led to the formation of Toto in the year 1976.

The third album of Toto, Turn Back, marked an abrupt departure from the progressive sound of their previous albums and was criticized for its lack of hit singles. Toto has released numerous music videos. The band has released a variety of compilation videos and DVDs. The most popular video of the band is "Africa" which has more than one billion views. The video is set in a library, with the band performing on top of a stack of African books.

Toto is famous for their hit single "Africa", recently joined forces to promote their upcoming album, All In. The album debuted on November 6, 2018, and included three songs from the forthcoming 40 Trips Around the Sun, as well as recorded versions of four older tracks that featured Jeff Porcaro on drums and either Mike or Steve Porcaro on bass. The album also featured the cover of Weezer's track "Hash Pipe" which the band opted to include after hearing the song on the radio.
